He has held CFO and Finance Director roles across a range of sectors including technology, professional services, and manufacturing, bringing a wealth of commercial insight and operational rigour to every organisation he supports.

Known for his analytical mindset and collaborative approach, Gordon specialises in building finance functions that not only deliver accuracy and compliance, but also drive growth and strategic decision-making. His experience spans everything from M&A and investor relations to budgeting, forecasting, and systems transformation.

Outside of work, Gordon enjoys overseas travel with his wife and two young daughters, is a supporter of Bath Rugby and plays golf. He also has two West Highland terriers called Hettie and Winnie.
